October 28, 200322 yr I have been using FS Meteo, Active Sky and Weather Centre and getting horrible wind reversals at high altitude causing stalls, etc.As I understand it this is an issue with FS2004 and there is no solution yet.I'm looking at using the built in downloaded weather, but when in multi-player I want to be able to determine the destination weather (to plan STAR arrivals and runways). In standard mode you can get the destination weather by tuning the ATIS frequency of the destination and when within range you'll get the update, however this is disabled in multi-player mode.Does anybody know how to get the destination weather while in multiplayer mode?RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)
October 29, 200322 yr There was a util that went into the kneeboard where you could type a ICAO code and it would retrive r/w metars from the noaa. I forget that the addon is called though :/
October 29, 200322 yr FSUIPC comes with a little utility called WeatherSet2 that you can use to see the weather at any location. It's a separate app, though, so you can't do it from inside the sim.I'm not sure if it works with the unregistered version; I have 3.x registered and it works like a charm.Dave
