December 29, 201015 yr Hey all!Does anyone have any suggestions for something to house my joystick and throttle on a budget? This kind of thing:http://images.hayneedle.com/mgen/digimarc.ms?img=master:HTC017.jpg&h=400&w=400I have a little desk at home and have to juggle the joystick and throttle combo as well as the keyboard with virtually no space! Would be nice to have them either side of me, but can’t afford a couple of hundred pounds for it! Has anyone made their own? Or knows of a workaround?
December 29, 201015 yr zzombie: I feel your pain. I shoved over into a tiny corner of our kitchen with the door to the laundry room two feet behind me and the door to the downstairs family room on my left! I have the least likely cockpit shaped computer desk you can imagine, but my solution has always been work with what I have and be creative:Google is your friend, as is the Home Cockpit Builder's forum here at AVSIM. These links helped me at the start:http://www.mycockpit...-a-Home-Cockpithttp://www.rogerdodger.net/index.html Smooth Skies! -- Chuck B.
