An issue with projectAI?

There I was, waiting for clearance to cross 27R at KPHL. I had to hold because there was a 737, Fokker 100 and MD on finals. I watched as eached touched down (tire smoke was cool) they slowed and then.....vanished!! The gates had lots of a/c parked, but I was hoping to see some taxiing. Any clue as to why this is? Thanks!

Probably because there weren't any free gates for them to park at. MS, by default, places a very few number of gates at each airport. Download AFCAD (or AFCAD2 depending on which sim you're using), then download some new facility data for airports (tons of them on Avsim). Import the new facility data in to AFCAD and update the exisiting aiports. That should help things out at the airports you visit frequently.Joe Wagner

I had a case of an invisible AI plane. I was waiting to cross 30L at San Jose (KSJC) and was told to hold for American 757 on finals. I looked for it, but couldn't see it. After a short while, scanning left and right all the while, I heard the tower hand off the "invisible plane" to ground, and then I was cleared by ground to continue my taxi. Weird! (and it wasn't Halloween either)KeithTelevision is called a Medium, because it is neither Rare nor Well Done.

Thanks Joe. I kinda thought that might be the problem. I do have AFCAD2 installed ad am just waiting for KPHL. Thanks again!

I remember the days when you would AI traffic and when they would land they would slam onto the deck like a carrier landing. Or they would be parked on their sides at the gates.AI has sure come along way!
