FSX audio output to sound card

Featured Replies

Hi!I have managed to get the audio output of RC4 to my headset (through motherboard integrated audio) while FSX audio goes to speakers (through SB sound card). I did this by starting FSX with speakers as default audio device (in windows control panel) and then switching to headset as default audio device right before launching RC. This keeps FSX audio going to speakers while RC4 goes to headset. There is still a little problem. Some of the sounds from FSX seem to go to default device anyway. This applies to cockpit sounds, like batteries (very annoying constant sound) and all switches/buttons in th cockpit.I have tried to do some changes to the sound settings inside FSX but it doesnt seem to help at all.Do you have any suggestions as to how to get RC4 to headset and everything else go to speakers?Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Antonio H.
