Running FDC Live Cotpit and RC4 togather

I have a new computer running Windows 7 and I am running FS2004. I installed FDC Live Cotpit 3.8.3 (updated to v 3.14) and Radar Contact4 (ver4.3). I can run each of the programs by themselfs and they run very soomth. If I try to run BOTH programs togather I have problems with lockups, black windows, windows slow to "come up" and other problems. I have these two programs running well on another computer running Windows XP. Can anyone advise me as to what the problem is running them togather on my new computer CPU 4.0 GHz and 12 GB of ram. Thanks jerrycwo4
