I would uninstall and reinstall Frankfurt X as a Google search indicates this can be caused by corrupt textures. When you reinstall, make sure UAC is disabled or turned off as well as any anti-virus programs. Make sure you have the latest dotnet framework installed too as many developers use dotnet to run their programs. You might also make sure you have the latest Microsoft Redistributables installed too as they tell a program where to install things. There is no "magic bullet" to fix this issue but, since it happens everytime you approach Frankfurt X, the culprit has to be nearby...Best regards,Jim
