Columbia Basin rules

Hi all.Here's some more rules for you, done rather more elegantly than Portland (I must have learnt something). Lots of sage scrub, a lake and agricultural land. I'm sure you know where to put them. It's odd that the new graphics card's anti-aliasing works fine in the sim, but has no effect on FU3 screenshots.
