FSX loads the wrong time

Featured Replies

I will go to the time and season screen, hit reset which displays the correct local and GMT times hit go, watch the terrain data progress bar and ultimetaly load FSX however, loading the terrain data starts immediatly once again and ultimetly loads the wrong time, six hours ahead. I cheked the computers clock which is OK. I tried the "use system time" for free flight either way. I tired different aircraft. I am loading up at a local airport if that matters?Something is causing FSX to reload terrain data with the in-correct time after resetting time or using the free flight screen to reset time, location and aircraft. FSX will load up correctly after resetting time but immediatly start a new terrain load with incorrect time.Any idea's.Thanks guys, I appreciate your help.

Hi,Are you using a time sync program or the time sync option in FSUIPC-registered version?

I am not aware of a time sync program. I checked FSUIPC and turned off it's sync fucntion. I can see the time in ASE that runs a remote computer. ASE gave me a message that said it did not update becuase over 8000 airports or something had bad timing. ASE suggsted I check my clock. It is as if something is wrong with the computer clock but it looks ok. I used the task manager to ensure nothing else was running. This did start happening after I added fsinn and copilot, the new version of fsuipc and some touch screen software (driver) that is turned off.Have any idea's?
