January 15, 201115 yr Hi is anyone uesing the go flight TQ6 throttles on there MD11? I have been haveing spikeing problems with mine its been doing it on all of my aircraft Thanks Paul sheather PC win7 64bit i7 960 oc 3.80 gtx 470x2 SLI 8gig ram PMDG MD11 737NG 747-400 747-800 JS41 B1900 CS 727 757 767 C130 AEROSOFT A320-1 TWIN OTTER FSD PORTER SENECA WARBIRDSIM P51B CARENADO C208 C206 CERA BELL212 FLIGHT1 ATR Active sky ASA
January 15, 201115 yr I have not used my TQ^ for some time. By spiking do you mean actual fluctuations on the gages or simply when looking at the throttles they are moving (in the plane).I do not use CH Manager; I have all CH controls run through a paid version of FSUIPC. I have controls disabled in FSX. Controls are then calibrated in FSUIPC. No visual fluctuation of throttles when viewed but I have never experienced an actual fluctuation in engine speed only ever just a visual que on the throttles. January 15, 201115 yr Author Thanks for the replywhen looking at them in cruise mode they are all over the place. it affects the engine revs to. i remove all the key function for the throttles and remove the GF software and i am useing FSUIPC to calibrated the throttles what also happens is when you disconnect the auto throttle and push on the power they jump back and foward. I have seen this happen when you have two diffrent throttles running at the same time.Paul Paul sheather PC win7 64bit i7 960 oc 3.80 gtx 470x2 SLI 8gig ram PMDG MD11 737NG 747-400 747-800 JS41 B1900 CS 727 757 767 C130 AEROSOFT A320-1 TWIN OTTER FSD PORTER SENECA WARBIRDSIM P51B CARENADO C208 C206 CERA BELL212 FLIGHT1 ATR Active sky ASA

Like I said I have not used my GF stuff in a long time, if you want to buy it let me know. I use the throttle on the CH yolk which is dead smooth in the plane no flucuation of the throttle.I was running the GF, stuff through the FSUIPC module as well although if I remember right I had to have the GF driver installed for GF-MCP. I do remeber my throttles moving around alot on the TQ6 but didn't change the engine speed. I never paid it much attention sorry. January 16, 201115 yr Author I have uesd the saitek throttels before i change to the GF i like the fact they had speed brake and flap handels. Did you try to calibrate in FSUIPC? You may also wish to try to delete the FSUIPC.ini in the FSX modules folder. You will lose all key mappings if you do this. Also ensure you are running latest DirectX http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=enOld but calibration is still good: http://www.flypfc.com/downloads/FSUIPC%20User%20Guide.pdfMake sure you have the x86 ENU installed http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/KB961894/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=2067Ensure controller’s check box in FSX is unchecked to disable controllers.Make sure no duplicate assignments exist in FSUIPC or FSX.Make sure you move the throttles full forward then full back every time you start FSX.Related:http://forum.avsim.net/topic/207336-saitek-throttle-quadrant-spiking/http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/CH_Controls_with_FSUIPC.pdfhttp://www.simforums.com/forums/setting-up-fsx-and-how-to-tune-it_topic29041.htmlhttp://www.simforums.com/forums/topic20099.html Regards,Gary Andersen HAF932 Advanced, ASUS Z690-P D4, i5-12600k @4.9,NH-C14S, 2x8GB DDR4 3600, RM850x PSU,Sata DVD, Samsung 860 EVO 1TB storage, W10-Pro on Intel 750 AIC 800GB PCI-Express,MSI RTX3070 LHR 8GB, AW2720HF, VS238, Card Reader, SMT750 UPS.

January 17, 201115 yr Thanks mate I will check that after work tonight.Hey Paul, I was watching the throttles on my PMDG MD11 today and they were just a twitching. My throttle is off my CH yolk. I did not try to go into FSUIPC and check my calibration (meant to but forgot). Engine RPM did flucuate slightly with the twitching so I am at a loss.In my reading I see guys with Saitek equipment in the same boat and did not see anybody come up with a solution. January 17, 201115 yr Author Hi Gary i went into flight sim and FSUIPC and had a look at some of the above. I found this one helped some what mad it a bit smoother.http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/CH_Controls_with_FSUIPC.pdf Paul sheather PC win7 64bit i7 960 oc 3.80 gtx 470x2 SLI 8gig ram PMDG MD11 737NG 747-400 747-800 JS41 B1900 CS 727 757 767 C130 AEROSOFT A320-1 TWIN OTTER FSD PORTER SENECA WARBIRDSIM P51B CARENADO C208 C206 CERA BELL212 FLIGHT1 ATR Active sky ASA

January 18, 201115 yr Author I hear you mateI have all these plane and only fly the PMDG aircraft because you can pause then at the top of the decent. and one other small thing they are the best aircraft.I do the take off and landing and the auto pilot does the rest.
