January 15, 201115 yr Commercial Member Well,I had to reinstall the PMDG 744 and -8 because of a glitch, and now I can't reinstall the -8i. It just says unable to validate your license, please contact PMDG support. I can't tell which numbers to put where, because there is nothing labeled ORDER ID on the site or the email, and the installer wants ORDER ID. Help? January 15, 201115 yr Log in to your PMDG eCommerce account on the PMDG website, then click view previous orders. You'll see order numbers on the left side, then just figure out which one is for the -8i. The order number is also in the title of the original download email you received after purchase I believe.
