Hi there.I've got both 747-400 and 400f for FS2004. I bought these from the day they were released. I've done a new install on my PC and I've exceeded my installations. There is a message to say to contact support@precisionmanuals.com. I've done this now on 3 occasions, with the fist date being 20/01/2011. Just wondered if anyone new the turnaround time for getting an answer?ThanksDale.

Dale: If you had included your full name it may have already been done. They shut down the email support last year, the direct method is to go to web site and use the support portal to open a ticket.

Tell them on the support they should change it in next version ;-)Petr
