Issues downloading ZIP Files

When I download a file from the library I get the normal IE8 new Window AVSIM Library - Download and Prompt and I right click at which point I get another box indicating the following "A website wants to open Web Content using this program on your computer "Allow" "don't Allow" I press Allow but this opens the zip file in the temporary internet file system? all I want to do is save the zip to a file of my choice like you would normally expect?Have attached a screen shotHelp please?I have a New PC Running Win 7 and did not have an issue with XP doing this?Browser IE8 (have also tried google chrome and get the same effect)Downloads from Flightsim.com are ok and I get the ZIP File up to save in a place of my choice only seems to be AVSIM that I get this?
