Hey Everyone! I was just wondering what program everyone uses to make their sigs. When I look at alot of people's sigs, there are some cool effects used that are not availible on PSP7 (that's what I use). I'm trying to make a new one, but it ends up looking pretty boring. Thanks!

Do you mean static effects, like starbursts and illumination, or visual, like flashing lights and animations?(I use Adobe Photoshop and PSP)
