I omitted to point out that it is required that you COPY YOUR DEFAULT DOUGLAS_DC3.CAB GAUGE FROM THE DEFAULT AIRCRAFT'S PANEL FOLDER TO THE MAIN FS9 GAUGES FOLDER.You can safely move it, actually, if you want to avoid all duplication. In any case, if you do not do this, then you will have no default gauges showing in my panel revisions.Sorry for the info oversight, and I hope that you enjoy the panels.
