Hi ,I don't know if this is the right place ?? But does anyone know how long it takes pmdg to reply once a ticket has bbn submitted ?Only put it in this morning , just wanted a rough time scale as I have the day off ,Regards ,

I had mine in a day or two. They usually look at them in the evening/night, US time. If you don't hear by Monday, then I would PM Ryan (Tabs).
