March 27, 201115 yr Attention All,The Virtual United States Air Forces is planned to re-open its doors this Spring, and we are looking for experienced individuals to help us gear up for launch. We are actively seeking pilots interested in flight instruction so that we can properly train and prepare incoming Officer Candidates for combat service. Qualifying Requirements:1.) Be of at least fifteen (15) years of age2.) Have a legal working version of either Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 or X3.) Be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English4.) Have a working microphone and/or headset for voice communications5.) Be able to connect to our multiplayer server, hosted on FS HostThose interested will be asked to undergo a brief (roughly 30 minute) checkout with our staff to ensure you are up for the duties of a military flight instructor.Instructors will be instantly commissioned as an officer in either the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine Corps, dependent upon which branch you choose. Instructors will be assigned to the Officer Flight Training Corps (OFTC) and will be given instruction on the training procedures and standards our pilots should meet. Our pilots will typically require ten (10) training flights, spanning from the basics of flight to combat operations. All VUSAFS pilots will be trained in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. While it is in high demand that instructors be able to teach rotary flight, it is not a requirement, and nobody will be turned down for there lack of helicopter abilities.Instructors will be permitted to take part in any VUSAFS multiplayer flight at their discretion, and will be required to conduct a mandatory three (3) training sessions within one month, OR take part in two (2) non-training flights outside of OFTC.We expect to be launched by the end of April, so anyone interested in gearing up now will not be subjected to our flight requirements until we launch and/or have enough active members to conduct regular operations. If you have any questions or are interested in this opportunity, please email me at [email protected].Thank you,General Ryan M.
