I suppose one answer is that it is hopeless, but I want to give it a shot with a i7-2720qm and one of these cards. Have you purchased the notebook yet? Does it have to be 15.6"? Have you looked at the Clevo X7200 with desktop class core I7 and GTX485M? Or you coould consider finding a used D900F with a mobile fermi as it has the larger screen and might save you a few $$. I just put a GTX480m in mine and have been very happy with FSX performance.
