Paint Kit Index

Featured Replies

Hi everybody, I´m new here but I´d like to propose one thing. Nowadays paintkits are avaiable widespread on AVSIM, Flightsim and other websites, but is difficult to find a good index of paintkits available. I´d like to sugest an index list, a pinned thread here maybe, of all the paintkits available. For example:Freesky/POSKYEmbaerERJ-135/ERJ-140/ERJ-145/Legacy 600 paintkits available at www.freeskyproject.comAerodesignsAirbusA318 - PSD - ad318_paintkit.zip (AVSIM)VistalinersBoeing727-200 - BMP - b72vlpkt.zip (Flightsim)Would be a lot easier to find the paintkits having an index like that, What do you guys think about this?post edited by moderator

Yes I agree it would make things a bit easier.Nevertheless I think its not a good idea to make such an index. Why?There are some good reasons.Starting an index looks quiet easy at first ,nevertheless links are not aways permanent available wich makes such an index hard to keep up to date.On the other hand not every website is happy being linked just for the sake of an incidental download. They may see this as misuse. Most important reason for me to not start such an index is the fact finding paintkits wich are available is not so hard wich the use of Google (and other machines).Just asking on a forum might do the trick as well.Finding the Posky Embraer paintkits using Goolgle only took me just ten seconds. Thanks again for the idea , but , no thank you.RegardsLeen de Jager
