It doesn't actually say on the initial RC window that you haveto provide the key information in a specific way ie, nnnnn! xxxxxxx! yyyyyyyy if you decide to email it yourself. It just says name and number, doesn't mention exclamation marks etc?Well, it's a great product and I'm pleased I bought it, I really am, but the whole purchase procedure was just too frustrating and perhaps some improvement needed to in the buyingprocess when things go wrong.But, thanks for all your help anyway, and I'm finally away to try it.
