November 26, 200322 yr Anyone out there know how to import Beechcraft KingAir E90 from FS2002 into FS2004 and have ALL the gauges work? 2004 will not accept some of the gauges. Thanks and don't hit any low flying turkeys.
November 26, 200322 yr Which E90 are you referring to? I have been on a quest for a good C or E90 and have yet to find one anywhere.Craig
November 27, 200322 yr Hi Craig. This was a freeware download from FlightSim. I believe it is Aussie Medical Air Evac. Works good in 2K2.
November 27, 200322 yr I looked and couldnt find the file I thought you were referring to. Do you have an exact filename? I thought I had the guys the just made the Citation II convinced to make a C or E90, but I havent been able to get to their site and check the forums as of late. I wish I had the time and patience it takes to design an aircraft, because it would already be done. This is one aircraft I would LOVE to have. I see on flightsim.com there were numerous C90's for FS98...too bad....Craig
November 27, 200322 yr If you get too specific in the generic search you get "No files found". In the flightsim main menu select Search File Libraries, select FS2002 aircraft and search for Beechcraft King Air.Try these first:kae90.zip or kaf90.zip. The pan view with hat switch is wierd in all. The panel stays in front of you and the scenery pans. Sort of a horizontal spin. You might want to reduce your rudder sensitivity until you get the feel of these. I was all over the runway at first. Good luck!
November 27, 200322 yr Update: The pan view problem noted above is not an E90 problem. I just noticed ALL my aircraft in 2K2 do the same thing. Will recalibrate my yoke and see if it clears. If not, I'll have to delete past downloads one at a time until I find which one corrupted the files.
November 27, 200322 yr Hi Rod,Look in your config file (FS2002.cfg) for the line"Pan_in_cockpit_mode=1If you find it (in the Controls section, I think), either set the value to 0 (zero) or delete the line. That should fix your pan problem. R-
November 27, 200322 yr Hey Rod, I saw Chuck Domes E90 when he first released them. I quickly wrote them off because he didnt change the gear in the visual model from his F90 so this E90 has two mains attached to each main strut. There isnt an E90 out there (that Ive seen) that has 4 main wheels. Dont ask me why this bothers me so much, but it does, so I never put that plane in my hangar.Craig
