downloading a file

I have a question. I've downloaded files before and installed them into both FS2002, FS2004 and CF2.I have tried to download the new shakey_jake file 3 times on two different days.When I look in the three aircraft folders, after downloading, there is nothing in there. The properties show no KBs in them either. The effects folder has the FX files but when I double click on them they won't open.I don't have any problems with opening other files.Has anyone else successfully downloaded shakey_jake ??Any ideas?? Windows ME.
