MCE & The FS++ Team

Featured Replies

I should tell you up front that I am keenly interested in VFR flight using single and twin engine aircraft. I have and enjoy RealAir's SF260 and their Turbine and piston engine Duke. Recently, I decided to check out Multi Crew Experience and found I enjoyed having company in the cockpit and also being able to communicate with ATC via voice transmission. The learning curve is a bit steep but the benefits are great. Along the way, I had occasion to communicate directly with MCE's support staff, the FS++ team. Without getting too involved in a lot of detail here, just know that these communications took place over a number of days and involved numerous e-mails back and forth. I want to say here and now that I have never experienced a better customer service experience. Both in terms of knowledge and expertise and in timeliness of response. Those folks are nothing if they are not persistent! They hung with me while I attempted to resolve some issues largely brought about by a neophyte attempting to use a relatively sophisticated product for the first time. Never were they dis-interested, churlish or patronizing. I know many of you are familiar with MCE but for those who are considering adding such a program to their portfolio, I say you will not be disappointed and you definitely can believe in and you can rely upon the development team that stands behind MCE.In today's world, with all that you and I could spend hours talking about, it is refreshing to receive a large dose of good old-fashioned genuine, high quality customer service! I don't know any of these folks personally but I can tell you this - - - their Mamas reared them right!John
