I use REX Overdrive to choose sky colours. My question is, are these colours displayed regardless of location around the globe? For example, I would assume dusk looks different in Alaska than it would in the equator.

The sky color is set by one texture file and does not depend on location. Also, once FS is started only one texture can be updated and that is not the one!
