Hi, Is that helicopter can't be the AI Plane in FS2004?I had make a "normal" test flightplans for one of my Helicopter,but it haven't appear in both airport all the time.Is that the physical limitation of FS? It's not your flightplan, but the helicopter settings in the airfile. there are some helicopter AI workarounds available. they will not take off or land like a helicopter, but they are sweet to have flying around and to fly along with.
