I don't know if this the right place, But, I have insatalled the packages from Project AI , with the automatic installer before, now when i try to open the insataller nothing happens.I have the 7 .dll files in the folder. When i try to open the installer these 7 files flash a few times and thats it. What i'm I ding wrong. I have downloaded a new installer but no luck, Thanks Bob

Did you unzip the individual packages? You have to unzip them and then point the installer to where you unzipped the package.It will find nothing to install if the pkgs are not unzipped. At least that's what I found.Good luck, Adam

Yea, I unzip to the desktop. I can't even get to the part to direct the installer to open the unzipped file

Try unzipping them to the same folder as the installer. When you start the installer, you see all it *.pai files. You have to select at least one or it will indicate a fatal error and close.W. Sieffert
