May 23, 201115 yr Hello!I'm having a really weird problem here:With the stock DC-3, I have sticking controls (no movement, then extreme movement) with my right rudder and aileron, and down elevator, and only with those controls, i.e. left aileron and rudder and up elevator work fine!I checked in FSUIPC and the IN and OUT values for each axis increment/decrement smoothly throughout the entire range of control movement, so nothing wrung with my CH Yoke and Pedals, CH Manager Calibration and FSUIPC config (recall the OUT values move smoothly.)Any ideas?Cheers,- jahman.
May 23, 201115 yr Have you tried a different aircraft? I'm guessing you know the risk of conflicting assingments within FSX?Bryan.
May 23, 201115 yr Thanks for your suggestion, Bryan!Yes, I've also tried the stock Baron and F-18 with equal result. As far as conflicting assignments, I've managed to remove all assignments from FSX.cfg (except for view panning) and make all my assignments via FSUIPC (with no conflicts there). Also, why would an assignment conflict manifest itself only with one half a control's range and work erfectly with the other half of the range? But you did give me an idea, namely to disable FSUIPC and re-assign the controls via FSX and see if I still get the same problem.BTW, the stickiness for "turning to the right" (we all prefer turning to the left and, so it would seem, also does FSX!) sometimes gets better (but never completely disappears).I'll report back.Cheers,- jahman.
May 24, 201115 yr OK, removed FSUIPC.dll, deleted fsx.cfg, loadad FSX and assigned CH Yoke, Pedals and Throttles via FSX.All controls smooth as molasses all the way, so I'm off to the FSUIPC support forum.Cheers,- jahman.
