Yep, could be be driver issue, and I only get it in windowed mode on my design PC. Doesn't happen on my gaming rig though. I run FS2004 in windowed mode and notice that when I move the mouse pointer across the menu items at the top of the screen then I see a sudden INCREASE in fps.Go figure ....David
