Im having some problems with my AOC 2343F monitor. Renember when you used to wind back a tape? You would get flickering lines across the screen, when i have the same problem. Its not that frequent nor is it white streaks but it is the best description i can give. I looked around and someone suggested up the refresh rate, how do i do this in windows 7? As far as i am aware i do not experience this problem elsewhere.

Don't have W7 yet, but try:

1. Right-click on an empty bit of your screen,
2. Click the "Configuration" tab on top where you set monitor resolution and color depth,
3. Click the "Advanced Options" button,
4. Click the "Monitor" tab,
5. In the "Monitor Configuration" section of the dialog box there is a check-box to hide refresh rates unsupported by your monitor. Click that check-box.
6. Now select the desired refresh via the drop list-box that lets you set the screen refresh rate (60 Hz is good!)

Unless im following it wrong, it does not work that way in windows 7. That was however my initial thought, right click -- properties and then whatever it was that tab was called. Anyway thanks for you input.
