Video card temps for Overclocking?

Featured Replies

What kind of temperatures should I be aiming to stay below on my video card? I did a Google search and saw people say 70°, 80°, and 105°. Obviously they can't all be right, so I thought I'd ask here as well. Thanks for any help.

Max 104C. http://uk.geforce.co.../specifications Edited: I would try to keep temps below 90C to be on the safe side. Use Afterburner or some other utility to set up a custom fan profile to ensure that the card gets proper cooling.

Thanks for the reply, Ulf. That last bit about keeping them below 90° was what I was looking for, I realize I wasn't all that clear about it.
