Initialization Error

I tried posting this in the fs recorder forum and did not get a response. But anyways I posted this question earlier and need help. I have tried a reinstall of fsx, using different fs recorder versions and nothing. Everytime I launch FSX i get a initalization error saying "fs recorder disabled please restart fsx"
