I purchased a computer microphone in order to communicate with ATC ( using Squawk Box )The calibration of the mic indicated no problems.However when I connect to SB I can hear what ATS saysbut I cannot send a voice message over the mic . Text messages work well,for sending and receiving.I checked my configurations in squawkbox and they seem correct as far as I know.Any idea of what else I should check ? I have come across this issue in the past. For some reason, something in windows is not configured right.My workaround ended up be completely irrelevant, but it worked.Run the audio set wizard in Windows Live Messenger.After that, everything worked great.
