Strobes ground reflection?

Hi all,I just clicked on this video on youtube

and saw those lovely strobe reflections off the ground. Is there any way to put this effect in our virtual world? I know posky 747-8 has it, but I usually fly posky 777. Is it possible to move the effect from 748 to 777? Thanks.Danny
