I'm looking at buying a new laptop and I've found the one I want. However, there are two variations of the laptop, very close in price:One has an i5 480M and the other has an i7 740QMThe i5 is a dual core @ 2.66Ghz and the i7 is a quad core @ 1.7Ghz - although I understand "Turbo Boost" allows the cores on both CPUs to increase to up to 2.9Ghz when other cores are idle. All other specs - RAM, GPU, etc are the same.Which would be the better choice for FSX?Thanks for any replies/advice.

I would go with a laptop with a 2nd generation Intel processor, those are the older Nehalem.
