Flightsim performance

Featured Replies

I just sprung for a Dell XPS. If there are other XPS users can you please tell me what kind of FS9 performance you are getting with it?Thanks!Dewey

Dewey,I'm running an XPS system and love it. I fly mostly complex payware add-ons (PMDG737NG, SSW310) and get excellent frame rates and quality. DO NOT expect to run everything maxxed out in dense areas and still maintain high frame rates. There isn't a computer made that will handle it at this time. You will be happy with the system. I have built my own machines for years but this time the cost difference was so minimul that I decided to buy from Dell. No regrets. The machine is very well made and has been trouble free.Hope this helps

I have had my XPS for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I love it! My specs are: P4 3.20GHZ w/800MHz front side bus.Sound Blaster
