July 14, 201114 yr I have several GF-166 NAV radios. When I tune to a particular VOR I get the identifier morse code (good for determining if I have the correct VOR). However, how do I turn the identifier OFF? It's annoying to fly IFR using VORs with the tone on all the time.ThanksAlanEditI found it. I have to program one switch or button for each NAV radio with AUDPNL_NAV1 (or NAV2)_IDENT from the drop down list. July 14, 201114 yr Especially with smaller GA aircraft, you would have to manually enable/disable the audio for NAV1 and 2 on the Audio Panel.Cheers,- jahman.
