December 18, 200322 yr I think we've been here before, but in the hope that someone may have worked this out by now ............Has anyone yet managed to get the Arrcab Arrestor Cables utility to work in FS2004 ? - it was made for FS2002. I have FSUIPC(registered version ) . When I start ArrCab it tells me ( quite truthfully ) that FS2002 isn't running. It would be great if someone knows how to get this working - I imagine something like the SBrelay (that fools Squawkbox into thinking it's working with FS2002) is what is needed......Any ideas?Dave
December 18, 200322 yr DaveYou're just going to have to buy the payware, I fear, if you don't want to fall off carriers in FS9 (unless you cheat with that superspoiler trick). This is just another casualty of bright men going commercial. Can't knock that, but it's certainly a good reason to keep FS2002 on your rig. I certainly have. ArrCab is just one of a number of freeware masterpieces that work in FS2002 but are dead as a dodo in FS9 unless you get your wallet out. Rich Hogen has even pulled all his freeware files for FS2002, which is a disappointment to some I am sure; but I guess that was the only way he could hope to market his product to FS2002 users as well.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
