August 5, 201114 yr First of all I would like to thank PMDG for releasing the NGX and doing their utmost in these exceptional circumstances. I am sure everyone appreciates that PMDG is in "all hands on deck" mode to go through the support tickets, however, I was wondering if we (those who have paid for the NGX but left stranded without a download link and registration info due to the DDoS) could be given an estimate for delivery of this information. I personally submitted my ticket at around 4.30am UK time and was hoping to get some support by the end of the day, but I do realise it is early in the morning in Reno at the moment not to mention that there must be a humungous backlog. A time-frame would be welcome though as I would rather make plans for the weekend rather than wait indefinitely and in the process ruining the weekend as well. I hope this doesn't come across as unreasonable. I guess many people would appreciate having some idea of what to expect. Thanks.
