August 5, 201114 yr I had purchased the NGX last night, but never did receive a download link. Seems like they need to know who all is affected by this, and from what I gather from poking around in the forums, the way to do this is to create a ticket. Problem is, it appears to say that you need a separate login to create a ticket. How or where do you create the login for the support portal? Joe Connolly
