HUD does not appear in my VC

I'm fairly sure why, although it'd still be great if anyone could help. This morning I had a problem with the livery installer; I was advised that the fix would be to delete the .cfg and rename a second .cfg (originally called the "aircraft.cfg_old") as the primary .cfg. This fixed it, but seems to have taken away my HUD - can I re-insert a line to get it back? Any other major differences I'd want to correct? Thanks!

Check your options in the CDU and make sure you have it enabled.

There doesn't even seem to be an option for it in my CDU, where should it be?

You can find it by Hitting MENU on the CDU, then click PMDG SETUP, AIRCRAFT, EQUIPMENT, Then look on Page 3, for HGS INSTALLED.

Ah found it thanks, and yup, it's selected as installed but doesn't show up at all. Guess I'll just try a re-install then. *edit* All fixed, thanks for the help!

A re-install, then I toggled it on & off a couple of times and it showed up - you got the same problem?
