Ok guys, I know this has been discussed here many times before. But I was thinking perhaps we could have a locked thread pinned to the top of the forum where this fleeting quesiton is answered by the experts, such as Ryan, Robert and the rest of frequent flyers who seem to be getting great frame rates on their PCs: What is the ideal hardware setup? Maybe we could also gather all the tweaks and software suggestions available out there that have stood the test of time. To many of you this is all second nature, but to dinosaurs like me who stopped simming a couple of years ago and are trying to catch up tp have a great experience with the NGX this would be invaluable information. This forum has a bunch of threads regarding this, and it would save time and space if it were pinned to the top so that newbies who have no interest in running a search won´t clog it with repetitive questions... There was a recent post by Ryan suggesting the ideal system. Maybe we should start there. And before anyone tells me to run a search, please note beforehand that I did! I just thought it would tidy up things if we could get it organized in one thread! Downloading the NGX! Thank you so much for making the dreams of thousands soar high! You guys rock.

sounds great, i need some help with my FSX setup. Spent $1500 and it still doesn't work that great.
