Load up any PMDG NGX into a 'new flight' and crash into anything with crashes enabled - fatal error every time (I know it's funny but really it's not). Create a new flight and end that unsaved flight - fatal error. Tried with default aircraft - no CTD. Also, loading a previously saved flight - end flight no CTD or fatal error.
