Installing problem?

I sent a help ticket already, but can someone tell me what im doing wrong, when I go to download the NGX in the ZIP drive and it gets all the way to 99% done then, all of sudden windows start opening like crazy. Im going crazy, I want to fly this so bad, but I can't even get it installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike Davey 777
