After selecting Ngx and loading a flight the fsx crashes

So, when i select a ngx aircraft in 'select aircraft' and start a flight the fsx loads all components and when the 737 is loaded the fsx crashes. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL MY SPECS ARE GOOD FOR NGX AND I HAVE SP1 AND SP2 running windows 7.

Intel i7 3.4ghz(no overclocking) 6gb ram 1 th hd 460gtx nvidia geforce windows 7 ultimate 64(bits) with all patches and installed as administrator.
