The PMDG 737NGX does not use FS load and balance as far as I know. You must use the FMC for loading and fuel. Thus I doubt that you could change anything from the aircraft.cfg.

Sure you can use my 2 minute photoshop PMDG 737NGX signature image! Just remember you are only aloud one per signature.
