My speeds on approach for the ils start acting erratic , for a reason the speed goes up and down. I am not the first with this problem because others on my VA have the same problem. ThANKS

Need more information. What do you mean by "the speed goes up and down"? The IAS is jumping around, the MCP speed is jumping around? Really need some more information here.

The mcp speed is jumping around, i cannot keep the speed that the plane is set at for the ils. The aircraft starts to gain speed and then it starts to act erratic, that is the speed.
