I was wondering under what cicumstances will the electric hydraulic pump get into a overheat situation in a real boeing's plane(i got into that situation in PMDG for quite a lot of times)2. i sometimes can't engage G/S after LOC is active ( i set the ILS frequency and course correcly)what is the problem?thanks, guys

1.. Make sure at preflight your Elec1 and Elec2 switches are off on the Hydraulic panel until you're ready to start the engines and when you've shut down.. 2. You're most likely engaging APP too far out, wait until the glideslope comes alive and engage APP mode..
