CTD upon loading LENDY5 Star

I loaded the LENDY5 Star and FSX froze. I let the screen sit for 10 minutes before I closed FSX. I have attempted to Fly the NGX from KBFI-KJFK 4 times with NEGRES this is the farthestt I have made it without a CTD I went back to the default PNW scenery and I was running FSINN/EFB/ASE while making the flight this morning. Specs listed below I have been getting 25-50FPS throughout the flight.....Any help would be appreciated. P.S. your trouble ticket site is not working I could not access the submit a ticket page it says unable to connect.
