December 29, 200322 yr Hi,Has anyone experienced a fault that I now have with FS2002 in that:The ILS bearings have all changed by around 110 degrees, as example,Bangkok (VTBD) R21 was 209 degree`s and is now given as 319 degree`s.Also, the VOR`s have also changed by around the same amount of degree`s.!!!!! This appears to apply to all airports not just Bangkok!!If anyone can throw some light on how this fault has happened Iwould be most appreciative of assistance to resolve.Happy New Year To allYours John (Jumbo)
December 29, 200322 yr Are you starting each flight with a saved default flight using a small aircraft, C172? If so, you probably adjusted the heading indicator correction adjust knob (left-black) vice the heading knob (right/red) at some time.First, select a C172SP aircraft and press fly now. Next select Aircraft, Realism, and deselect Gyro Drift (unless you want to fiddle with excessive gyro drift). Third, press Shift+5 to pull up the magnetic compass, turn the heading indicator correction adjust know until the heading indicator compass card matches the magnetic compass reading. Fourth, save the flight and set as default.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
December 29, 200322 yr Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. No, I am using the Ready For Pushback 747 with my own panel. Idid as you said with the Cessna and it was out but do not seem tohave any adjustment on the 747. However, the heading and magneticappear to be the same anyway. I find it strange that when you goto world map and airport that the runway headings have changed, is this normal.Do you have any other ideas how I can adjust the settings with the747 snce this has only started to occur during the past 4 flights. If you can help again I would so appreciate it and thanks so muchJohn
December 29, 200322 yr Try disabling all fs2004 sceneries installed. If the problem goes away, you can re-enable them individually to find the culprit. Dick Bixler
