August 11, 201114 yr After a touch and go test last night, on the climb after I had the airplane on a stabilized climb at around 1,500', I re-activated the AP, ALT was set at 5,000' from the prior ILS capture set ALT, HDG to RWY heading... Once AP was active, you can select HDG but FLT LVL CHG would not engage, no matter what you try, it won't, after a few minutes of fiddling with all the "what can it be" in my head, I decided to change the ALT to 5,100' and now FLT LVL CHG worked.... Is this by design? I can't imagine real pilots having to change the ALT values after a touch and go or even after a Go Around...
