Releasing and applying parking brake causes brake to fail.

Noticed this and was wondering if its a bug or designed like this. Engines off with both EMDPs off and just using the pressure in the accumulator once the pressure gets to 1000psi (or is that 100psi?) the brake fails and shows as a Fail in the maintaince page under active. Even if I turn on the HYD pumps is is still classed as failed. Is it me or a bug? Should I right a support ticket? I mean its a minor thing but it might catch someone out.
